No. Uniforms and workwear are the core. We also supply bed, bath and table linen, plus accessories and trims — neckties, epaulettes, buttons, woven labels — and we take custom sourcing requests in related soft goods.
Yes. Our quotes are landed USD prices: manufacturing, freight, port handling, brokerage and duty at the applicable HS classification are included unless the quote states otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Any factor that could change the price after your PO is identified on the quote itself.
Typically 500 to 1,000 pieces per style, confirmed per order. The floor moves with the material — stock fabric usually runs lower, custom-woven or specialty fabric higher, because the mill sets its own minimum. Unit price generally falls as volume rises, and the break points are shown on your quote.
You approve a sample before production begins. Production is inspected against that approved sample, and we issue a written release before shipment. Independent third-party inspection is available on request, with the report supplied alongside your shipping documents. Any off-spec goods are handled under the terms of your order.
Usually. Send a garment, a tech pack, or a photo with your last invoice. We assess construction, fabric weight and colour, then quote a landed price for a match or an equivalent we consider better-performing. If we don't think we can improve on what you buy today, we'll say so.
